Lift & Relay Construction LLC is a family-owned, women-owned construction company serving Central Oregon. Our sales team is made up entirely of women, and we are proud members of the Northwest Independent Roofing Association (NWIR). From day one, we built this business on one idea: do the work right, every time.

Our lead contractor spent years working as a storm chaser for roofing companies across the region. That work meant seeing how corners get cut when speed matters more than quality. We watched it happen too many times. So we made a decision together — start our own company and do it differently. Lift & Relay Construction LLC was born from that choice.

We have been in business for three years, and our hands-on experience in the trades goes back over a decade. We are young, but we are not new to this work. We study, we train, and we stay current on materials, methods, and building standards. That commitment shows up in every job we finish.

We specialize in reroofing with metal, laminated shingles, designer shingles, and TPO systems. We also handle full home remodeling, window replacement, metal siding, deck and porch restoration, and junk removal. Whether you need a full reroof or a deck brought back to life, we bring the same level of care to every project.

We serve homeowners and property managers across Central Oregon, including Bend, Sunriver, Sisters, Prineville, Terrebonne, Culver, La Pine, and Pronghorn.
